Failure by an employer to make reasonable adjustments constitutes unlawful disability discrimination. Reasonable adjustments must be made by an employer where:
(a) a provision, criterion or practice puts a disabled person at a substantial disadvantage compared with non-disabled people;
(b) a physical feature puts a disabled person at a substantial disadvantage compared with non-disabled people;
(c) a disabled person would, but for the provision of an auxiliary aid, be put at a substantial disadvantage compared with non-disabled people.
